Courtney Binns
Courtney Binns has been practicing Yoga for over 5 years and has completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance teaching qualification. Throughout her training, she has gained the skills and abilities to teach all ages and abilities. Courtney is experienced in teaching a range of styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Her knowledge of body anatomy and how it applies to each pose allows her to effectively teach with the proper alignment and correct techniques. She has also completed training in chair-based yoga and supporting students with common injuries. Courtney brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of passion to every class, fostering a sense of community and a joyful outlook on life.
