WHAT?

Our Active Ageing programme involves outdoor and indoor circuit training and includes a range of cardio, bodyweight, agility, speed and strength exercises for our senior community. 

Active Ageing provides a whole-body exercise that builds strength and body resilience and is an excellent way of increasing mobility. 

Active Ageing is for anyone aged 60 + so jump start your health and fitness journey today and take a new step to live a healthier life.
